Worship Ministry: Preparing our Hearts before the Presence of God

The Worship Ministry exists to glorify God and lead His people into meaningful, Spirit-filled worship. Whether through singing, playing an instrument, or serving behind the scenes, our team is united by one purpose: to magnify the name of Jesus and point others to His presence.

We believe worship is more than music—it’s a lifestyle of honoring God with our hearts, voices, and talents. Each week, our team of vocalists, instrumentalists, choir members, and tech volunteers come together to help create an atmosphere where the church can respond to God through praise and worship.

Ways to Serve in Worship Ministry:

• Worship Team (Singers & Instrumentalists):
  Our worship team leads the congregation during Sunday morning services, blending contemporary and traditional styles to engage all generations in heartfelt praise. We welcome skilled musicians and passionate vocalists who desire to serve with excellence and humility.

• Choir (Grades 6 – Adult):
  The choir adds richness and energy to our worship through special musical presentations.
  Rehearsals: Sunday Nights, 5:00 – 6:00 PM (During the School Year)
  The choir performs during Easter, Christmas, and periodically throughout the school year. No audition is required—just a heart to worship and a willingness to serve.

• Tech Team (Audio, Visual, and Livestream Volunteers):
  Our tech team plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in making worship accessible and distraction-free.
  Opportunities include:
  • Sound Board Operation – ensuring balanced, high-quality audio for in-person and online worship
  • Projection – managing song lyrics, slides, and sermon visuals
  • Livestream – helping broadcast our services so others can worship with us from home

  Training is available—no prior experience is necessary, just a servant’s heart and a willingness to learn!
